It was in "Grand'Ma's Kitchen" ("the soul of the house") that our great-grandmother prepared good dishes, which simmered in the "vegetable garden" or the fireplace.
The Tower, made of bricks and scale tiles, which overlooks the garden (and the two-hundred-year-old plane tree) makes it special.
